Citaurus Records Music Voting is a music promotion internet-accessible platform (the “Platform”) that allows Users to submit music to curators to review (for musicians) and manage playlist and submissions (curator). The Platform utilizes proprietary technology to deliver campaigns from artists to curators, giving our Users access to a tools and mechanics to market their brands and grow their audience and playlists (Service) If you want to use certain features of the Services, you may need to register with Spotify to create a Spotify account (“Spotify Account”) and then register with us to create a Citaurus account (“Account”). As part of this process we access some information from your Spotify Account, as applicable, including certain personal information, such as your name, location information and other general information that your privacy settings on the applicable Spotify Account permit us to access. You can remove your User Content by specifically deleting it using the features of the Services. We will permanently delete all information, content, and end-user data associated with your account. However, in very few instances, some Citaurus Records Music Voting Service Data may not be able to be removed. We are not responsible or liable for the removal or deletion of (or the failure to remove or delete) any of your User Content or End User Data. Playlist curators can see how often you listen to your playlists and how many ratings you have given songs. It is up to the playlist curators whether they make the ranking of your songs dependent on how many songs you have rated.
Reviews of songs
Rating songs can sometimes be a criterion for being included on new playlists. The assignment to genres also helps both the musician himself and other playlist curators to better determine the songs and ensure that the right people can hear your music and you can win real fans. It is also not impossible that AI Tolls from streaming platforms can evaluate these ratings.
Anonymity
Your email address remains anonymous. Other users could only send you messages using a designated button. Other users do not have access to your email address. Reviews you leave for other artists remain anonymous. Nobody can determine who the review came from. This ensures that the assessment can be carried out freely and without coercive influence. The number of songs you listened to can be seen by the playlist curator. Only the curator himself can reset the number of songs heard at any time in order to get a better overview of a certain period of time. Every user who has registered with Spotify on the platform can see this number and also when you last listened to this list, but not when the list was reset. Citaurus Records reserves the right to create statistics about the songs listened to and ratings and to make them publicly available. However, the listeners and people who have rated remain anonymous.

The placement of songs on playlists is voluntary. Citaurus Records is providing this service free of charge until further notice.

If you are active here, send us regular statistics of the playlists you listen to and rate the songs you listen to. This ensures that your songs stay on our plalists longer. The Playlsit curators decide whether your songs remain on the playlist based on your activity. Citaurus Record provides the playlist curator with statistics. .
